​John's trick of putting comments in the headline of nodes with empty
bodies is cute. I typically put comments in headlines of nodes *with*
bodies.

Terry's idea is conceivable. It's similar to putting comments in uA's (user
attributes). There may be a way already to do this with the quicksearch,
stickynotes or todo plugins.

It would be good for us to keep this and similar use cases in mind as we
consider new ways of viewing outlines and data.
