Some people like to use chapters or hoists to limit the nodes they can see
at one time. This involves an important trade-off:

Pro: Searches are simpler in chapters: there is less to search.
Con: It's harder to move nodes into chapters.

I never use hoists or chapters because the nodes I am interested in
continually change. It's much more convenient for me to see all possible
data at all times. This allows me to clone nodes with minimum fuss.
However, chapters would be idea for those who rarely need "outside" data.

The nodetags plugin is a sort of middle ground. It provides *temporary*
views of nodes.
