setup.py and leo-install.py have always been confusing for newbies, as
exemplified by #226 <https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues/226>,
which I have just closed.

A long time ago we discussed removing setup.py entirely, but decided
against it. Imo, it's time to put these files in leo/dist, where newbies
won't see them first.

Leo is not a package! It's a bit odd to have setup.py at all, particularly
when Leo's developers will be using git anyway.

All comments welcome.
