However, default settings to unzip folder (using both WinRAR and
7-Zip) leave one still zipped file: base-library.zip
Might that be important?
Not if everything works :-) I suspect that base-library.zip is part
of the PyInstaller plumbing. There is a lot going on beneath the surface.
