The goals for 5.3 are: 1. Better integration with IPython and Jupyter: - Import/export from/to Jupyter .ipynb format. - Emulate IPython/Jupyter display framework, possibly by upgrading the viewrendered plugin.
2. Improve plugins that are alternatives to using clones: nodetags, quicksearch, todo, etc., especially by adding commands that can be bound to keys. 3. Create simple API's for icons, attributes and windows, with corresponding Leo commands. This may include using the nested_splitter machinery to implement multiple body editors. 4. Fix all significant bugs. There is a lot of interesting work in this list. It will likely take at least several months.
