That's interesting & confusing (at least to me ;-)

As I said: I have reset my PC - and - I'm running the latest version of 
Windows 10, i.e. "1607".

Two differences I see to my configuration is that you running an older 
version of Windows 10, possibly "1511" - and - I assume an english version 
of it and not a german version like I do.

I'm puzzled ...
