Just detach a pane (creating a separate window) and move it to the desired position/monitor. To detach a pane, use the Easter Egg interface. Right-click in any splitter to see a pop-up menu. Use the Open Window submenu and select the desired pane to detach. You should be able to save the resulting layout. Please try this and let us know how it works.
