Fixed at 2ce6a29 by adding support for @data user_bookmark_stylesheet.
However, rather than make sure config.css is defined (i.e. setting it to "" in
@file mod_http.py-->class config), I'd suggest not injecting it into the HTML
in add_bookmark(), seeing that's entirely different HTML than the HTML
config.css is designed to style.
The new stylesheet is completely independent of the others, and it defaults to
'', so the way I chose should be safe and flexible.
I haven't really tested the code. Let me know if there are other problems.
