I have a multi-language project (i.e. multiple-language files) with various
workflow scripts -- I choose for Leo to keep everything together. Simple
question: what's the way to define a central/top-level {variable, macro,
parameter, ...} that will substitute itself in any file that follows under
the sub-tree (and that can also be cloned to be used in other trees).
