leo/extensions/hooks/pre-commit.py writes the .json file in updated format.
Move pre-commit.py to leo-editor/.git/hooks and *rename it to be pre-commit*
.
create_commit_timestamp_json now executes
git add leo/core/commit_timestamp.json
so that the .json file won't show up changed in git status.
