Rev 4e54da8 changes the terminology from BackgroundManager to IdleTimeManager, and renames the g.app ivar similarly. Indeed, the IdleTimeManager has nothing much to do with background processes, although the PylintBackgroundManager does indeed use idle-time to poll the presently executing pylint process.
