Progress.

The distribution provides PyQt 5.5.1, which is incompatible with Leo for 
some reason. I buillt PyQt5-5.7, which instantly segfaults Leo.

So the sweet spot is PyQt 5.6.0. Now I just need to figure out how to 
install it.
