The 'listen-for-log' command executes a listener in Leo's own console, in a separate process so Leo doesn't hang. The 'kill-log-listener' command kills the listener process if it exists.
leo/external/log_listener.py contains the listener. leo/external/log_broadcast.py contains a demo broadcaster. The cursesGui2 plugin will soon become a broadcaster.
