​There are several possible fixes.  You could ​open your .leo file in a
text editor and change this element (after making a backup):

<global_window_position top="50" left="50" height="500" width="700"/>

You can also try using the --window-size=WINDOW_SIZE command-line option,
but that probably won't the top-left position.

You can try using the --fullscreen or --maximized command-line options.

Finally, you could try using the --minimized command-line option. This
might be the best course.  Windows should do something reasonable when you
restore the window.
