alt-x toggle-at <tab> enter
= 11 keystrokes

F5
= 1 keystroke

Don't get me wrong, tab completion is fantastic, I use it all the time, as
often
for exploring capability as reaching a destination. But I expect to use
the toggle-at... command often enough to benefit from a binding, there are
a couple others I'll bind now that I know how.

Not very many though: bindings require raw memorization, tab completion does
so much of the heavy lifting for me.
