write-at-file-nodes now calls pyflakes even for unchanged nodes. This is a
good check to have when switching branches.

Don't panic: Leo calls pyflakes only if @bool run-pyflakes-on-write is True.

Please report any problems.

The "flakes" branch contains the actual work. If there are unexpected
problems it would be easy to roll back the flakes branch and then merge it
back into master. Or, simply do a git revert in master.
