This branch improves how Leo writes to the log and console in various subtle ways.
The code is now considerably more straightforward, which should translates into fewer weird cases. This branch was also dedicated to #459 <https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues/459>: missing newlines in the log pane. Finally, this branch rewrote LeoApp.setLeoID and the corresponding BridgeController.getLeoID so as to eliminate sections. Please report any problems immediately.
