Found it - and it has a post from Terry with his 'x' command ;-). Looks like the code is now in scripts.leo as well. The 'back and forth' bit probably isn't there, that can be my homework. I'd post a link but I am using google groups and that probably won't help anyone. It's a thread "GTD checkin messages and workflow" from 09/11/2014.
