But who can tell how many potential users tried to install Leo and gave up without ever asking for help in this forum? Those who read the docs and succeed in installation, or take the advice to ask here for help, they would most probably finally have Leo installed and they do become Leo's users. Turning those kind of users in true Leo's users is easy (or not so hard).
But, real challenge is to deal with those who do not read docs, interested enough to try Leo. Some of those users would become true Leo users if the installation goes smoothly. But, if they bump in some (even a trivial) installation problem, it is not so certain that they would try again. How many times Leo looses a potential user that way is hard (or impossible) to say.
