I believe you don't need to reboot the computer in order to stop lein 
command. I assume you are on Windows. You can open task manager to see all 
running applications and then select newest one that has java.exe and click 
on "End Task"

You should not close command prompt window before exiting lein. On linux it 
is enough to type Ctrl+D, and IIRC on Windows you can get the same effect 
by typing Ctrl+Z.

Anyway, I am sure you are near success, the only thing that was wrong is 
path to the built application as I wrote not ./app but ./app/dev (or you 
may have to use backslash)
