Open LeoDocs.leo. (Help, LeoDocs.leo) Select the "Leo's Documentation" node.
Push the make-sphinx button. Visit ../leo/docs/html/_build/html and open leo_toc in your browser. The actual .leo file is better for searching, but the html is good for reading.
