Open LeoDocs.leo. (Help, LeoDocs.leo)

Select the "Leo's Documentation" node.

Push the make-sphinx button.

Visit ../leo/docs/html/_build/html and open leo_toc in your browser.

The actual .leo file is better for searching, but the html is good for reading.
