Recent revs appear to make the fast-read branch functional.  All unit tests 
pass with FAST set to true in either or both leoAtFile.py or 
leoFileCommands.py. This is a major milestone. Work has gone more quickly 
than expected.

I still recommend extreme caution.  I am not yet eating my own dog food.

The code that loads external files still needs to support rarities like 
@comment and @delims.  Other than that, the work looks completely.
