Edward,

When you "Added leo_babel files to my personal leoPlugins.leo file," you
put the files in leo/plugins. I gave them to you in leo/plugins/leo_babel.
I hope this was a mistake and that you won't insist on moving them out of
leo/plugins/leo_babel.

I'm almost certain that the files you created in leo/plugins are not used
in any way by Leo-Babel. I confirmed this by making the files you created
empty files and then using Leo-Babel.

I have used file /leo/plugins/leo_babel/code.leo to maintain Leo-Babel and
I hope to continue doing this. I expected you would also want them to
viewable in leoPluginsRef.leo, but I didn't know how you would want to
handle this, so I did not do it.

I noticed this problem because I would like to begin making a small
enhancement to Leo-Babel.

Your changes have been small and mostly cosmetic and/or to reduce pylint
errors. I believe your only change that might affect Leo-Babel behavior
was changing the interpreter specification at the top of babel_kill.py from
python3 to python. babel_kill.py only works with Python 3.

Apparently I'm the only person who has ever used Leo-Babel, so you and I
are the only ones concerned with this problem.
