I keep seeing this error, but until now have not been able to see what
triggers it. In order to do that I ran Leo in a minimized window with the
console to the side so I could catch it happening. Anyway, I believe I can
report what triggers the error (though I don't know what 'causes' the
error).

   1. Create an abbreviation in @outline-data tree-abbreviations.
   2. Invoke the abbreviation anywhere.
   3. The abbreviation tree expands as expected, but the console will
display the error multiple times (4-7 times).
   4. There doesn't appear to be any data loss or any other harmful
   artifact.
   5. It's possible that some other event also will trigger the error and
will report here if I see it.

For context, my environment:

Leo 5.8.1-b2 devel, build 20190124121101, Thu Jan 24 12:11:01 UTC 2019
Git repo info: branch = devel, commit = 197df868b46d
Python 3.4.3, PyQt version 5.4.1
Windows 8 AMD64 (build 6.2.9200)
isPython3: True

Hope this helps to locate the culprit.
