I'm not seeing the menu items either. The plugin does seem to be active 
(ie: it  shows up under *Plugins* menu). 

The 'about' description mentions a `@bool leo_to_html_no_menus=True` 
setting to hide the menus. I looked for that setting in myLeoSettings and 
LeoSettings and it doesn't exist. I added it to myLeoSettings with value of 
False and restarted Leo --> no change.

Using *Plugins >> leo_to_html >> About* shows "Properties menu not 
supported for Qt gui" in log panel.
