Is there a code style guide for contributing to Leo? I've skimmed Leo University <https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues/816> and `leo/doc/CheatSheet.leo#Learning to be a Leo developer`. I know PEP8 is a starting point. What I'm looking for is guidance on things like preferred quoting (single vs double), comment positioning before/after/inline with code, preferred line-wrap width, etc.
