The pyzo project has reached a good temporary stopping point.

Next, I'll fix all remaining bugs scheduled for Leo 5.9. It's time to get
5.9 out the door.

Leo 5.9 final will nominally be the last release that supports Python 2. I
say "nominally" because after 5.9 final I'll do the following:

- copy devel to devel2
- merge py3 into devel.

So devel2 will be the base for fixing bugs in 5.9. Follow on releases,
5.9.1, 5.9.2, etc. will *only* fix bugs. There will be no 5.10 release.

In short, *5.9 is feature complete*. No new features will ever be added to
the Python 2 code base.
