#1211 <https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues/1211> is now named: Fix the ctagscompleter plugin.
For at least three years now the codewisecompleter and ctagscompleter plugins have been virtually identical. Both have a mixture of gnx's for ekr and ville. Perhaps they have *always *been the same. Neither plugin works well, even with a valid ctags file. So I'm guessing that anybody trying to use these plugins has given up in disgust. I'm going to eliminate codewisecompleter, just because it's name is shorter ;) I'll do #1211 before b2.
