The major reason I shifted participating primarily via browser in this list. Flarum vs Discourse vs Nim Forum: at the moment I side with Discourse, mostly because of gravity. A side story: I think Mercurial is saner than Git, thus preferable, but git has GitHub, so wins. Fossil is cooler than both, but again, doesn't have GitHub, so git wins. I've put aside my preferences (after some years) and use git.
