What I would like everyone to take note of is his thoroughness and clarity. He doesn't assume the reader is familiar with his thoughts :-) He gives details of the test environment, the failure, and, if necessary, why the failure is important. More generally, Bob shows us what good engineering practice looks like. We can all learn from him.
