How is Leo's website published?
I'm most interested in the "upload {...} to server" part, but others like
Gar and Rob are probably interested in the general workflow.
My context: some of the files in the root of a source code checkout are on
the website, http://leoeditor.com/load-leo.html for example, but I can't
find the control file that says upload that file and not LICENSE or
PKG-INFO, etc.
