I have just created #1451
<https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues/1451> to deal with recent
reports.  This is not likely to be a problem in the @clean or @auto logic
itself.  Instead, it is more likely to be an issue with marking the root
@<file> nodes dirty.
