Recent revs in devel have made the following changes, per #1514 <https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues/1514>:
The --no-dock option is deprecated, because it is the default. The --use-docks option is new. The --global-docks option now sets g.app.dock. @string initial-split-orientation = horizontal is now the default. Please report any problems or concerns.
