If using CMD (as opposed to Powershell) use %~dp0

%0 - name of bat file (or call :label)
%~ - trigger expansion features
%~d - drive letter
%~p - path
%~n - filename
%~x - file extension

%~dpnx0 - fully qualified path and file name of currently executing batch 
file.
