I'm going to attempt, for the second time, adding Leo's git-diff (gd)
command to leoInteg. That should keep me busy :-)

My failed first attempt taught me a lot about leoInteg, vs code, and
workflow. It was worthwhile.

I'll do this work in a branch based on the ekr branch. I'll be using
ekr-leoInteg.leo.
