Yes. As always in Leo, switching between outlines also switches log panes.
I don't want to change this. There would likely be too many subtle side
effects.

I have no memory of my thought processes when doing the dock-related code.
I won't even pretend to defend the choices I made. Many of those "choices"
were likely just code-related hacks.
