One of noom's lessons is that excessive sitting is extremely harmful, even 
if you are physically active.

Let that sink in for a minute.

One antidote, which I started yesterday, is to set an alarm every hour, and 
get up and walk around for 5 minutes or so. The goal is an average of 10 
minutes up time for every two hours of sitting.

Time to go. The alarm just went off :-)
