These are the PyQt related packages which (for whatever reason) work:

PyQt5                           5.12.3
PyQt5-Qt5                    5.15.2
PyQt5-sip                     12.8.1
PyQtWebEngine           5.12.1
PyQtWebEngine-Qt5    5.15.2

As I said: I have news - but - no real explanation yet ...
