I think that a basic HTTP capability could be useful.  For example, the 
server could report its version, status, documentation files, etc., in a 
browser-readable way for very little effort.  It could be ordered to shut 
down outside the normal Leo-based chain of command, which could be useful 
in event of a Leo crash.
