Edward saves the day again! :) I'm just back from vacation and am feeling great about fishing the last remaining 2-3 issues !
So... I'm going to modify leointeg on branch "boltex/issue142", to not force-kill the server anymore. Then, I'm going to work on Leo's branch "felix-server4" to have the server detect a "user disconnect" event, to then follow up with what Edward just made in this comment <https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues/2108> : open up tk-or-qt dialog(s) to ask the user about unsaved files.
