*Hello to all my leonista friends ! :)*

With the latest release of vscode 1.60.0 there seems to be a strange
behavior with leoInteg's body pane.

Luckily it's only caused by a vscode option setting about keeping deleted
files opened in the editor, which can be easily fixed by having leointeg
change it when activating itself.

As I already have procedures in place for two other general vscode
settings, (allowing the preview mode and keeping empty editor groups
opened), I'll have a fix very soon for this in the next 0.1.19 beta version
of leointeg, hopefully along with a fix for the 'text selection range'
bug.... leading up to a 1.0 release.

*Lesson Learned*

I was using the 'regular' version of vscode for developing leointeg, where
I should have been using the 'insider's edition'. This 'insider's edition'
would have allowed me to experience the latest features (still in
development) of vscode, and eliminate the 'surprises' of having leointeg
'break' because of new features being released in vscode.

So on this long labor-day weekend I'll fix this bug, switch my developing
environment to vscode 'insiders', and try to fix the 'text selection range'
bug to finally be at the point of an 1.0 release!

(Thanks to Gaurami for reporting this bug and all other beta-testers who
have tried out LeoInteg! )
