PR #2296 <https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/pull/2296> fixes all
known bugs with the picture_view plugins.
This PR uses python's argparse module. For help:
python -m leo.plugins.picture_viewer -h
As noted in the PR, do *not* use '=' to separate arguments and values:
--path xyzzy # Correct
--path=xyzzy # Wrong
I plan no further work on this plugin, but I'll be happy to fix bugs.
