Whenever I discover something I think I "should" do, I ask myself two 
questions:

   - Do I *need* to do it?
   - Do I *want* to do it?

> I like these philosophies, and I generally ask more demanding questions 
myself
> Can I not do this?

> For me, the hardest thing is that sometimes I work too much and take too 
little rest or exercise. Especially when you are tired, you should get up 
and take a rest, but sit in a chair for a longer time.
