This PR is a milestone: it removes all vestiges of Qt5 from Leo's codebase. As a result, much stronger mypy annotations are possible, but improved annotations will be the subject of a follow-on PR. A recent rev makes the QSci module optional for the time being. This rev also improves the message that appears if Leo fails to load.
