Success on Windows using Python 3.11. I realized that I could test a new
install since I still have Python 3.11 on my computer as well as 3.12. and
that 3.11 install has never seen Leo 6.8.0. For that matter I still have
Python 3.9, and Leo 6.8.0 installed successfully on that too.
