This is far off the mark I can't believe anyone wrote it. If you wrote that 
Forth is just a DSL of assembler you would be closer to the mark.  Python 
could be, and has been, implemented in other languages. Among them:

Rust <https://github.com/RustPython/RustPython>, Java 
<https://www.jython.org/>, .net <https://ironpython.net/>
