It's too easy to hit Ctrl-B accidentally when editing text when @language
python isn't in effect. The result is almost always a useless traceback.

PR #4191 <https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/pull/4197> fixes that
irritation by having Ctrl-B do nothing in such situations. However, Ctrl-B
will *always* attempt to execute *selected* text, regardless of the node's
language.

Please let me know what you think.
