You can just add a node with that headline to your old myLeoSettings.leo outline. You can create a new myLeoSettings.leo like this. First, make a copy of your current file. Then delete or rename myLeoSettings.leo. Open Leo, and either it will offer to make a new one, or use the *Settings/Open myLeoSettings.leo *menu item. Leo will offer to create a new one for you. Accept the offer, then after the new setting outline opens, save it. Then you can add whatever you want.
