Hello all, I'm working on a package of LeoCAD for Debian, and after various issues with the pieces library (which kept me from "successfully" using it in the last... two years?), I finally uploaded it to Debian/experimental.
However, its functioning is far from being suitable for being uploaded in Debian/unstable. In particular, there are odd rendering problems, which make using the program quite a pain. See, for example, the following screenshot, where I positioned a 1x1 brick, a 8x12 base plate and a 2x2 container rubbish bin. http://img827.imageshack.us/img827/6236/istantanea0501201323594.png Please also notice, in the preview window, another piece oddly rendered. The problem seems to be in non-flat pieces (in fact, bricks get rendered well, with the notable exception of their round "top pin"). Is this a known issue? Kindly, David -- . ''`.
