I wasn't planning to add it back, I think the new arrows are a good replacement to having to switch between insert/move/rotate but I'm interested to hear why you don't like them.
One of the complaints that I sometimes get is that having to switch to a different actions all the time is very inefficient so I've been adding alternatives to the action buttons.
